If you need a place to hold your video conference, we offer an executive conference room equipped with a hi-definition Sony video camera, ClearOne audio equipment, and a full T1 dedicated data connection. Our room seats 8 at the conference table with room for an additional 2 guests. In addition to the dedicated video conference connection, we also offer a high-speed wireless internet connection. Just outside the door of the conference room, you will have access to a kitchen for refreshments. There are no windows in the conference room to interfere with video quality or privacy. We also have sound deadening acoustic material installed to enhance audio quality and protect sensitive conversations.

 You do not have to be on-site to use our video conferencing services as they are all internet based. You will need a Windows based pc, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet connection.
